Happy Birthday Baxter! We transported his birthday cake in a refrigerator that could be plugged in the car. 493 miles later we got it there safely and I think the birthday boy loved his cake. Here are the highlights from his party.

Zach and Wyatt loves their cousin Jasmine! She took them under her wing and showed them all the stuff they could do outside. The played basketball, rode scooters, played kickball and play in the sand pit. My boys couldn't get enough of her.

Mother's Day Weekend in Kansas Day 1





The day after we got to Kansas, we had the opportunity to attend my neice's city wide track meet. She participated in the accuracy throw, 3 legged race and some relays. She did awesome and we are so proud of her. The boys had fun running around and playing and the one picture of them here show some mischief.

Zebra Cake


Last week was a really crazy week. I had to make 2 cakes in a week plus transport one to Kansas for my nephew's birthday. The first cake was for Zach's kindergarten teacher. Her daughter was turning 1. I designed the cake after the party outfit.

Betsy's First Wedding Cake

April 29, 2011 was the day for weddings. Not only was it the day of the Royal wedding, but it was the day I delivered my first wedding cake. I finally got word that the bride and groom absolutely loved their cake!

I have to give many thanks to my brother-in-law for building my cupcake tower stand. Thanks John! It is absolutely gorgeous.

Easter 2011!



The easter bunny did not miss our house! Zach was up early and just couldn't wait to search the house. He went and woke up Elyzabeth and Wyatt just so he could start the egg hunt. Wyatt was content to let Zach do all the work then just open eggs and eat the candy. Smart boy, that one is.

Rio!


We celebrated our 8th Anniversary by taking the kids to movies. Scott took Zach to see Rio, while the girls went to see Soul Surfer.
Zach really enjoyed the movie and had to get his picture taken in front of the poster.

We celebrated 8 years of marriage but have been together for 10 yrs. I am constantly amazed by my wonderful and incredible husband. Love you babe!
